The free trial

The trial lasts 1 week, is free, and needs no bank card. The provider sets up the trial workshop by hand on the basis of the trial request and sends the login details by e-mail.

After the trial expires:

• the workshop can only read its data and cannot record new data;
• we keep the data for 30 days;
• if you subscribe during that time, you can carry on working with your data;
• if you do not subscribe, we delete the data when the 30 days are over;
• the trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

Available and coming-soon features

The features marked "Coming soon" on the website (appointments, tyre storage, SMS and e-mail notifications, and the features that use artificial intelligence) are not available yet. We do not commit to when they will appear, and the trial or a subscription does not entitle you to them.

The demo examples shown on the website (for example the diagnostic assistant's sample answer) are for illustration.

Subscription and prices

The fee and terms of a subscription are in the provider's offer or in a separate agreement between the parties. We do not publish prices on the website at the moment.

Using the service

The processors of the data handled on behalf of workshops in the service are listed on the Data processors page (proszerviz.eu/en/adatfeldolgozok).

• Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You may use the service only for lawful purposes, and record only data you are entitled to handle.
• When you handle the data of your customers and their vehicles you are the controller and we act on your behalf as processor; we record the details when you subscribe.

Liability

The trial and the service are available as they are, and change as the product is developed. The provider does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.

The provider's liability is limited to the extent the law allows. The limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally, to a breach of contract that harms human life, bodily integrity or health, or where the law rules out limiting liability (Hungarian Civil Code 6:152).

Features based on artificial intelligence, once they become available, make suggestions; the professional decision, and the responsibility for it, is the mechanic's.

Governing law and disputes

Hungarian law governs these terms. We first try to settle disputes by talking them through; if that fails, the Hungarian court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction acts.

Changes

The provider may change these terms. We publish the changed text here, with the date of the update, and it applies from the day of publication.
